You do a great job at explaining new concepts and to the student, and using those concepts to solve complex problems. Whenever the learner said she did not know a topic, you provided clear and precise explanations. I loved how you and the student annotated the screen highlighting important information and making confusing topics seem a little simpler.

Nishtha, I liked how you asked your learner at the start of the session how she wanted to go over the problems she needed help with. Instead of getting started at your own pace, you adapted to how she wanted to learn and proceed. I saw that you were able to continuously engage your learner as you went over problems she needed help with. You asked Erica to solve certain parts of the problems by herself, which kept her involved in problem-solving. You also frequently asked Erica if she understood what you were saying, which was great for checking her understanding and engagement. Awesome work!
