You did an excellent job facilitating a respectful environment with your learners. One thing you did well on was calling your learners by name throughout the session, which is an excellent way to bond with your learners. Additionally, you allowed your learners to participate ("conditionally"), which helped them build confidence as the session progressed on.

You constantly brought him back up when he got a question wrong or did not understand how to solve a problem. You spoke kindly and respectfully while trying to assist the learner in understanding the concept. You demonstrated exceptional patience and allowed him to take a short brain break which was very respectful.
