Fantastic Session! Thank you!

Learner · 9 days ago

Even though I had difficulties, she stayed patient and helped me a lot during the session. Very easy to understand if you are a beginner.

Yes, the learner clearly got the hang of the function substitution problem examples you gave them as the session went on. Great job!

Love the help! Thank you!

You started the session on a very positive note by introducing yourself using your first name. Additionally, you asked your learner how his day was going— something which many tutors forget to do. Great job calling your learner by his name. Although it may sound obvious, keep this up! It creates a healthy learning environment and helps your learner(s) resonate more with what you teach. Additionally, you continuously asked your learner if he understood your methods of teaching. He clearly benefited from this since most of his doubts were cleared. Definitely continue engaging your learners like this!

You was patient- even though the same thing got explained a few times which I found really nice since some other people aren't. It was a great lesson so thanks.

Thank you for the session. Helped A lot!

There is clear evidence that your learner made progress. He barely knew how to identify polynomial terms coming into this session. Throughout, you instilled confidence by asking follow-up questions and asking him to explain his answers. Keep this up! Although he struggled a lot for some of the problems, you were patient. At the end of this session, he could explain the FOIL method and other unit test problems.
