Each week we will solve 5-15 questions from HiSet science paper. Some of the sessions will be timed and at the end we will discuss the answers.

During the session, you can participate in a variety of activities and work through practice problems and problem sets to improve. We may go over your readings and assignments together to make sure you fully understand everything. I'll give concise explanations of biological ideas and concepts to help you better comprehend. We can go into greater detail about any particular subjects or regions you'd like to concentrate on, resolving any difficulties you might have. (Now since its during the summer so our session will be more flexible, for instance I can teach on topics including chemistry, algebra, history, physics, Chinese, and Japanese.) So for any need you can reach out to me.

This is a year-long course that will provide homework help for each unit of AP Biology. It will mostly be guided by your needs--I want to make sure that we're covering what YOU want to cover. On days that you don't need homework help, I'll explain more complex concepts in depth and provide practice problems. I received a 5 on the AP Biology exam and I'm excited to help you learn about one of my favorite subjects!

Hello everyone! In these AP Biology sessions, we'll cover key concepts, from cell biology and genetics to evolution and ecology, aligned with the AP curriculum. Each week features interactive lectures, quizzes, and discussions to reinforce understanding. Learners will actively engage through practice problems, kahoots, and reviewing AP exam-style questions, ensuring comprehensive preparation for the AP Biology exam.

Each Sunday we will go over sections of the Biology IB curriculum, which is similiar to the AP course. I will be following the contents distribution from the old guide, to make the sessions more clearly structured, but the material itfelf will be from the new guide. During the sissions I will explain the material using real exapmes and practice problems from past IB papers, as well as other resources. I am a 12th grade IB student, doing HL Biology with a predicted 7.

Each week, we will review a few subtopics from the AP Biology curriculum and complete questions testing your knowledge on the content that we reviewed. These questions will consist of both multiple choice and free response questions in order to better prepare you for the AP Biology course and AP exam. Any learner can join this series without any required prior knowledge. When attending the sessions in this series, I would recommend that you bring a notebook, calculator, and a pencil.

This series is for students taking AP Bio next year or planning to take it in upcoming years! Each week, we'll go over 1 unit from the course so by the end of it, you'll have exposure to the first half of the course! We have finished going over the first 4 units of the course! Transitioning into the school year, I will hold weekly practice sessions for each unit and Q/A sessions to go over any questions you may have from class. In January, we will go over the final 4 units to prepare you for the second semester of the course!

This course will prepare everyone for the AP Biology Exam taken in May. This course is a rigorous course designed to get everyone a 5 on the AP exam, so please put in the work! Each week we will go over some topics that align with the AP Biology curriculum. We will also consistently practice AP Biology Free Response Questions (FRQs) and discuss FRQ task verbs and FRQ rubric guidelines. Homework will be assigned and for the sake of learning please do them. We will review homework and any questions prior to beginning the class materials. At the end of every Unit, there will be a short assessment given in class to assess your learning along with a Free Response Question. Remember, bring in your analytical/understanding skills, not your memorization skills! AP Biology is not all about memorizing facts! Curriculum is based on skill level of learners and will be adapted accordingly.

Each week we will go over AP Biology Units and Topics. I will also address any current questions people have, and I can help with Labs/Assignments. Looking forward to having everyone! ☺️

Taught by a high school student who scored a 5 on the AP Biology Exam and an A+ in both semesters of his class, this course will go over everything you need to know to succeed (and potentially get a 4 or a 5) on the AP Biology Exam. We will go in depth on the content focused on by the Official Collegeboard Course and Exam Description and do Khan Academy Practice Questions at the end of each session. There will be approximately 16 sessions, and sessions will be posted subsequently.

Each week we will have sessions covering what you are learning, doing test preparation for school and the AP exam. We will cover each unit and the challenge points. We will also review MCQs and FRQs and how to answer those.

We will cover every single unit of AP along with important question profiles.

The purpose of the Global Teen’s Medical Club is to provide learners who are interested in pursuing medical careers with opportunities to explore the various field of medicine and to foster the growth of medical knowledge through lectures and discussion with peers. The year-long club meetings/discussions will start with one of the medical fields such as biology and will continuously discuss other fields such as chemistry, organic chemistry, etc. Other medical subject fields will also be explored and discussed through the discussion with club members. We will have monthly meetings (1st Sunday of every month) and activities through which the GTM club educates learners about a medical topic and plan fun activities around the topics.

I will help anyone who show up to the session with any topics covered by AP Biology. First come first serve. If learners run out of questions to ask, I can lecture on a topic.

Are you scared of your first AP Biology final? Do you need a good review of the first four units of AP Bio? In this series, we will review the first units of AP Bio in-depth to prepare for finals and get a headstart on the AP exam. We will review the content and also go through practice free-response questions and multiple-choice questions. This is also useful for those who are self-studying for the AP exam. Also, since this is a small group series, there will be time to address all of your individual needs and have a specialized focus if you are struggling. I will also provide resources that helped me succeed in the course :D

At a college level, we will learn how traits are passed down from one generation to the next. Topics will include: -The process and function of meiosis -The concepts of genetic diversity -Mendel's laws and probability -Non-Mendelian Inheritance -Factors affecting inheritance and gene expression You are expected to have completed a course in biology and a course in chemistry at a high school level.

The IBO Chairman hailed Campbell's biology as the "Bible" of biology. It is a fascinating book. If you love Biology, I am sure that you will enjoy it! Campbell Biology consists of 8 UNITS and 56 Chapters. I will try to go over 1-2 chapters per week based on the potential of the class. If I see that the class needs more time to Understand the topics, I will lower the speed making it 1 chapter per 2 weeks. Some chapters will be skipped and I will ask the students to study them independently. Hope to see you! The primary textbook we are using will be Campbell Biology. This series is created for students with no prior knowledge of biology but who are planning to take either Honor or AP Biology in the near future. The weekly 1 hour sessions are divided into two 30-minute sessions with 15-minute break in between. Please take time to read the material before coming into the session. The speed of the series can be adjusted according to how we fare.
