Each week we will introduce a new topic in pre-algebra. These sessions will help prepare you for the upcoming topics in school and will focus on key concepts in pre-algebra.

In this course, I will be teaching/reviewing with you the basic pre-algebra materials from 6-8 grade math and implementing some competition math principles to aid you in MATHCOUNTS and AMC8. This includes combinatorics, quadratics, and complementary counting. Also feel free to bring with you some of your questions.

At least once or twice a week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) we will be going over any questions that you have on your homework's and any help that you may need on any topic

This course is to help you master Pre-Algebra, hosted by a precalculus student! Each session, we will go over a new topic and make sure you understand it well. If needed, I am willing to spend more time on topics based on learner requests. You can request additional sessions!

We will go over Pre-algebra concepts based on learners ability and confusion, we will go over what majority desire to learn

We will go over patterns and I will provide practice problems for learners.

This is an 8 week course that covers every topic in Pre Algebra. We will have 2 sessions a week. With OPTIONAL homework between each seesion. We will have a midterm and a final to see what topics we need to revisit. At the end of this course, you will have a complete understanding of every concept in Pre Algebra.

We will be going over the basics of rates and ratios.

We will be doing a session A Level Mathematics preparation.

Each day, we'll go over one topic. Topics include: -Evaluating Expressions with Multiple Variables -Evaluating Expressions in Context -Writing Basic Algebraic Expressions in Context -Comparing Expressions for Equivalence Each session will include topic questions for you to practise what was covered in the session, and be encouraged to come off mute or type in the chat for generaal participation, such as asking or answering questions.

I will be tutoring about Fractions and Standard forms in these lessons. I will give a complete explanation for each of the topics and there will be practice questions in the end of each explanations. Feel free to join this lesson even if you don’t have any knowledge about the topic. If you miss a session, you can simply ask me about it but I will appreciate the attendance. Topics are dissected into following subtopics: 1. Equivalent Fractions 2. Operations in Fractions 3. Percentages 4. Standard form 5. Estimation

This session is for help on Pre-Algebra Homework. I will also answer any questions a learner has for the subject.

Want to up your pre-algebra game?! This could be the course for you! We will be following Khan Academy's Geometry course and going through the problems together. A new unit will be covered each week starting with Unit 1. We would like for this series to be very learner-driven, so additional office hours will be scheduled based on availability. How each session will be run: 1. Recap of previous unit/topic 2. Intro to new unit + assessment of prior knowledge The units and topics that will be covered are listed as the session descriptions! Based on how much you already know about each topic, we will head into some practice problems. Assessments will also be assigned at the end of each session so that you can accurately reflect on what you're doing well at and what might need more work! Extra office hours can absolutely be scheduled if more help is needed! I hope this will be a safe and inviting space for us all to learn and explore pre-algebra together! We will cover a variety of skills that are need to be successful in Pre-Algebra, and work with what the learners want practice the most.

We will review one unit from the Khan Academy Pre-Algebra course each week, incorporating practice problems from Khan Academy.

We do fun games to make learning Pre-algebra more fun.
