Series Details

About

In this series, we will pick up from a series I hosted a while ago that I had to end early. We will be learning all of the topics from unit 3 of the AP Calculus AB/BC curriculum. This series serves as a complete guide for unit 3 and covers EVERY topic in unit 3 according to the syllabus given out by College Board. We will also go over a single topic from unit 4 that is connected to limits in unit 1.

Feel free to ask me to cover additional topics from other Units!

Additional notes: There will be a quick warm up question each lesson to refresh our minds about last lesson's topics. I will assign homework each lesson via google form but you DO NOT need to do it, it is on you if you feel like you want more practice. If you choose to do the homework, you will receive your grades back from google form. There will be a final exam on ALL of the units we covered before and here(units 1-3). Once again, you do not need to do any test if you do not want to. The test is there just for you to know your current understanding about the topics.

Have fun!

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

I am not really strict on attendances. I believe that if you really want to skip, there is nothing I can do to stop you from doing so. You are free to attend/skip whichever sessions you want. You will NOT be withdrawn from the series. That being said, I strongly advise you to attend all sessions since more class time will help you learn all the materials faster and digest it better. If you choose to skip a day's lesson, make sure that you check your messages as I will try to post each lesson's PDF and homework on there.

About the Tutor

Hello guys! My name is Jiarui but you can call me Jerry. I am a Junior from Upstate New York. My favorite subjects are math and biology. In terms of my progress for the two subjects, I finished high school biology in 8th grade and just finished AP Calculus AB and AP Biology during my Sophomore year. During my Junior year, I will be taking Calculus II (AP Calculus BC) and AP Chemistry to help me understand more about math and biology. I'm very excited to meet all of you! Best of luck in your future life! What do I mainly teach: Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and AP Calculus AB/BC. You can check my certifications out and direct message me if you have any questions regarding the subjects I am certified in! Ex: possible lessons, or just general questions.

Session 5

AP Calculus

NO warm up today!

Today is our FINAL EXAM!
30 MC questions in 60 minutes

This exam will be similar to the AP Calculus exam. If you do the math, you have 2 minutes to answer each questions. This is the same time that the AP Calculus exam offers you. This is a great practice exam to test your knowledge under pressed time!

Please stay on Zoom after you are done with the exam.

Reminder:
Today is our FINAL SESSION of this series, you worked so hard for this and I hope you have a great start of school!

I will post a Google Form about your learning experience throughout this series and how I can become a better tutor!
