About

This is a series for those looking to prepare for their AP French exams and do well in them to get a 5. This series is aimed at people who are already mid-way though or have completed the AP French and who are looking to revise, and for people who just want to brush up on a particular area or the other. The topics will be listening, reading, writing, and speaking, in that order as that is how it appears in the DELF exams. Access to a Google Doc is required for most lessons as my Microsoft Office subscription expired and I don't want to renew it. It is also necessary for all the topics except speaking.

Tutor Qualifications

I have scored a 99/100 on the DELF(official French language exam) A1, 96/100 on the DELF A2, 95/100 on the DELF B1, and a predicted score of 97/100 on the DELF B2, which I'm taking this year. I also am taking an AP French course, but just for the exam as the test itself is a bit different.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please do not miss more than two sessions, as that will negatively affect your learning and your mastery of the 4 different areas and may also take up a spot from another learner who could have attended every session.

Please e-mail me if you suffer unforeseen circumstances and must miss a session. If you have more than two unexcused absences, I may need to remove you from the boot camp series.

We will introduce ourselves for 15 minutes, and then I am going to set you a reading task on a Google document, which we will go over.

Review

After giving you general advice upon the listening test for 15 minutes, I will play a listening exercise over my speakers, and you will write down the answers to them. We will go over this after the exercise is over.

Review

After giving you general advice upon the writing test for 15 minutes, I shall give you a writing prompt, and you will write me an essay upon it, which will then be shared with me for marking.

Review

After giving you general advice upon the speaking test for 15 minutes, I shall give you a speaking prompt, and you will deliver it to all the other learners in the group.
