You were very polite and respectful at the beginning, and you made him feel very comfortable. You also constantly strengthened his confidence, by always affirming his answer when he got it right and continuously saying things like good job. When they got things wrong, you said things like that was okay, and no worries. These things really helped the learner feel more comfortable and more confident. Great job!

Iman was very supportive and friendly. Talking in the middle of setting up a problem to explaining the problem multiple times during the Pythagorean part, you showed a lot of patience and introduced a more comfortable approach to learning.

I believe the visual text and the tutors reading through it (while asking for student input) was phenomenal. I love the quotes you both used in 8:51 during the "quote of the day segment", I think it was a very nice and comfortable way to kind of setup the session. I think the humor during 9:35 like when Iman said "Joseph would you like to start the chapter off with a BANG" was also effective because it showed you both were passionate and actually wanted to host the session today rather than being bland and honestly boring. Amazing work!
