This is a great place to meet others in the Statistics Subworld, ask questions, and discuss upcoming sessions and series with topics related to Statistics.

We wish to help everyone on SHW. This series is created because we want to help as many students as we can. We enjoyed tutoring ourselves, and have experienced the hardships of focusing. Prior knowledge is not required for this session, but be sure to bring your homework, or tasks to let us help! Hello, this is a series to cover all your general questions about SAT. We will start each week with a new topic and go up the ladder in difficulty of questions for that topic. We will alternate between math and reading every week. If you have any questions, feel free to drop it in the session As someone who took the DSAT, I know that it is a novel yet frightening experience both for new SAT takers and the past paper test takers. When I was taking the DSAT, guides are scarce but thankfully, I know a few tips and tricks which enabled me to thankfully get a 1540. This will be a fast paced course as we will be going from beginner to advanced level questions on every topic. There will be a 10 minute break each session as each session runs for 90 minutes. This course is especially designed for May 4th test takers. But of course, everyone is welcome!

Each week, we'll learn a new algebra topic covered within the AMC8, and eventually move up to learning basic AMC10 algebra problems.

We will go through the details of each of the novels that you will need to know for AP English Literature as well as the essay structures for crafting a thesis, introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion for an AP English Literature-based essay. Practice sessions will be incorporated throughout the series.

We'll go over the content of what is typically taught in a US history course and end each session with an interactive game like Kahoot, Quizlet Live, or Blooket.

We'll be hosting monthly community engagement events (like trivia, AP review, etc.), and anyone is welcome to join!

We will be using the following resources to solidify our understanding: - google slides (for lectures) - Khan Academy (for extra practice) - Assessments (for solidifying our understanding) - online whiteboard (for example problems) Prerequisites: A strong understanding of algebra 1 and geometry(optional). Please do not miss more than two sessions as this will negatively affect your grasp of the algebra 2 topics covered in this course.

In each session, we'll go through a set of precalculus problems that require a deep understanding of the material to solve!

This series is different from my other one which covers both content and practice questions. This series will be entirely composed of MCQ practice, as it is expected that learners have already learned most of the material covered in APUSH(we will have practice sets dedicated to each period as learners progress through the year in their classes in school). In each session, we will work on 1-2 FRQs from the AP Chemistry Exam to prepare for midterms or for the AP exam in May. More sessions will be added.

In each session, we'll go through how to spot common types of symbolism, what they mean (significance), and how they can be applied to real life.

In each session, we'll go through 5-10 trigonometric proofs which will get harder as the session and series progresses. Learners are expected to know trigonometric identities well. Please refer to a list of trigonometric identities before the series starts.

Each week, we'll go through a set of challenging Algebra 2-based application questions. Prior experience in competition math is encouraged and will be used heavily to solve these problems; however, it is totally fine if you haven't participated in mathematical competitions like AMC/Mathcounts, as I will be explaining each problem thoroughly after everyone has had a chance to answer, Note: This course will not necessarily teach algebra 2, but rather will review algebra 2 concepts briefly before conquering a challenging set of application-based questions.

Each week, we'll do a brief overview of the content covered in each period of APUSH (review of US History 1 and US History 2, which combine to form the equivalent of an APUSH class) and some practice MCQs/FRQs.

Each week, we'll review material in preparation for the first semester of AP Spanish. (Also we'll review important grammar/vocab/and all frq/mcq parts of exam)

We'll go over very challenging sets of geometry-based questions from competition-level math. Prior experience in AMC/Mathcounts/math competitions is favorable but not a requirement. For learners who already have a solid understanding of high school geometry and would like to explore the realms of competition-level geometry.

We'll go over basic high school physics principles as outlined in the Khan Academy High School Physics course as well as some AP Physics 1 Material from past exams, etc. Classes will run as follows: First 15-20 minutes wil be a lesson on what we will cover. Next 60 minutes we will be working on questions that you might see from a high school physics class (like the ones from KA High School Physics), then the next 50 minutes we will work on harder AP Physics 1 questions. You will notice that the questions that we do get progressively harder to build a deep understanding of high school physics. Office hours are scheduled upon request; normal office hours are scheduled. Note that I am currently taking the course, so I will mostly be teaching this course as a general high school physics course from the beginning rather than an AP Physics 1 review series. This session will be very fast-paced as I am trying to cover a lot of material in a very short time.

This tutoring series is designed to help students of all levels with their English reading and writing homework, including essay writing. The series will consist of several sessions, each of which will be led by an experienced instructor. During each session, students will have the opportunity to ask questions about their homework, and the instructor will answer them in a clear and concise manner, providing specific feedback and suggestions. If needed, a whiteboard or projector will be used to illustrate points. The series will conclude with a summary of the key points discussed and review of any next steps. Here’s an outline of the series: Welcome and introductions (5 minutes) Review of the series objective (5 minutes) Student questions and answers (45-75 minutes) Wrap-up and next steps (5 minutes) The instructor will follow these procedures during each session: Welcome students to the session and introduce yourself.
