THANK YOU FOR THE SESSION.I LEARNT A LOT.

Learner · 2 mo. ago

You demonstrated a strong understanding of thermodynamics, and your use of diagrams and written notes was particularly effective in helping learners grasp complex concepts. For instance, when you explained how the Kelvin scale works, you complemented your verbal explanation with a diagram that visually represented the relationship between Kelvin and Celsius, making it easier for learners to understand the concept of absolute zero. Additionally, your handwritten notes on the formula 𝑄=𝑚𝑐Δ𝑇 provided a clear, step-by-step guide for the learners to follow, which was helpful in reinforcing the mathematical concepts. These visual aids, combined with your clear explanations, greatly enhanced the learning experience. To further improve, consider asking learners to draw or annotate diagrams themselves during the session to increase engagement.

Hello, Praneeth! I'm here to audit your session, and you did an outstanding job. Congratulations on providing informative content with great details and efficient tips for answering questions. However, whenever you go through a question, I would suggest that you actively ask the learners to work together to solve the problems with you. Aside from that, you did an excellent job, and I sincerely appreciate your tutoring at Schoolhouse.world!

You created a respectful and supportive learning environment that encouraged all learners to participate actively and without hesitation. For example, when Troy hesitated to respond to a question about specific heat, you patiently waited and encouraged him by saying, “There’s no rush, take your time,” which likely made him feel more comfortable and confident in contributing to the discussion. Additionally, when Faris provided an answer that wasn’t entirely accurate, you responded with, “That’s a really good answer. I really like that thought process,” before gently guiding him towards the correct understanding. This approach not only maintained his confidence but also reinforced a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere. Your willingness to pause and address any concerns or questions, as shown when you said, “If you need me to re-explain anything, just let me know,” further contributed to the inclusive and respectful environment. Keep using these techniques to foster a learning space where everyone feels valued and supported. While technical issues can’t always be avoided, having a backup plan or notifying learners of what to do if you disconnect can help keep the session running smoothly. For example, you might say, "If I disconnect, please check the chat for instructions or wait for me to reconnect."

Thank you so much for the session today! It helped me understand that chemistry isn't as hard as I expected. I also really understood the dimensional analysis due to your detailed explanations. Thank you! :)

Thank you for the well organized and structured zoom session! You simultaneously reviewed Calculus BC while also adressing some basic concepts of Calculus that had been asked. Thank you for staying flexible and making sure to get to everyone's question. You were also minimal with how to solve problems and not trying to go all out and find tips and tricks to solve problems much quickly for the Calculus BC FRQs, so thank you for that!
