Hello! My name is Romina and I am a high schooler in the state of Georgia. On Schoolhouse, I tutor and am greatly passionate in the following subjects: • Literature 📚 • French Language 🥐 • SAT Preparation 📑 I am in the top 10% of high school students in Georgia, have scored in my state's 99th percentile on the SAT, and hold various accolades in the French language. I hope to see you guys in some of my sessions and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! :)
Hello everyone, my name is Joseph. I am a homeschooled high school junior from China yet taking an American program. I am the Founder and Moderator of the Reading and Writing Subworld. On Schoolhouse, I like to tutor English literature, ancient history&culture/mythology, Chinese, and community events. My sessions are full of joy and laughter because I like to insert games into my session and I enjoy chatting with my learners about anything. My best subjects in school are history, geography, and English, but please do not ask me to tutor you in STEM, that is my weak spot. I played the instrument Hulusi (gourd flute) a traditional Chinese instrument and reached the top level in 2022; I also have fundamental knowledge of piano and the Chinese bamboo flute. I also make a lot of art with ink pen and gouache. I have been attempting digital art recently and really enjoyed it! In my free time, I also play video games; I am a huge Honor of Kings fan :) I am a very active tutor on Schoolhouse and I love to make friends! Feel free to reach out with anything you might need help with and I am willing to lend a hand if it is within my power.

Hello everyone, Welcome to my profile! My name is Aayan and I'm currently homeschooling and preparing for my A-level exams. I plan to appear for SAT this year. I aspire to walk the hallowed halls of an Ivy League University, a place where my future can truly blossom and where my ambitions can flourish. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence. I work closely with each student to identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and tailor my teaching approach to meet their individual needs and learning style. Moreover, I believe every person has the potential to succeed within them, they just need some guidance, motivation, and someone who believes in them. My ultimate goal is to help them unleash their potential by guiding them, supporting them in every path of their journey, and motivating them to perform better. I aim to help students not only understand the material but also develop critical thinking skills and a love for learning. Whether you need help with homework, test preparation, or enhancing your overall understanding of the subject, I am here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your academic goals! Let's do it together!
Hello! I am a high school freshman from Texas and I attend a public high school (Go Eagles! 💚). I signed up for Schoolhouse mainly to tutor in Pre Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Reading & Writing, and History. I am tutoring for volunteer hours at my school. I love reading and watching TV. If you have any questions, feel free to message me or attend one of my sessions and I will be happy to help! 👋Note: As school is approaching, I do need to focus on my studies, so I will only be on SHW for about 30-60 minutes a week. I should be free after Christmas break starts though, 12/23/24. 🎄
Hi! My name is Ananya, also spelled Aananya, and I'm a sophomore in high school in the 24-25 school year. I have a lot of hobbies including track and field, reading, environmental activism, debate, coding, STEM competitions, and my mysterious favorite (robotics). I love classic books (they're practically all I read). My favorite is An Old Fashioned Girl. I'm involved in a lot of organizations. One of the ones I'm most active in is a leadership 4-h program for teens. We work on a lot of capstone projects to help our community. I've gotten a world record related to them. We partnered with one of our sponsor companies to have the world's longest envirothon. That leads us into my next hobby, debate. I've been debating for 2 years as of 2024 summer, and I love it. And then there's robotics. I spend a lot of time on that. I'm very involved in my team. I love volunteering.
Hi, I’m Akshita M! I’m a tutor who’s passionate about helping students love learning, especially when it comes to Mathematics. While Maths is my specialty, I also enjoy tutoring a variety of subjects and working with students across different grade levels, from 5th to 10th grade in the CBSE curriculum. I’ve always been committed to learning myself, having scored 99% in Standard Maths and 97.1% overall in my 10th-grade CBSE board exams. Along the way, I’ve gained experience as a teacher assistant in subjects like Geography, Economics, AI, and the Sciences, and I’ve even helped create sample exam papers for CBSE Standard Maths. My approach to tutoring is simple: I believe that learning should feel comfortable and fun. I focus on building a relaxed environment where students feel confident asking questions, and I create interactive and engaging lessons to make sure the material really sticks. When I’m not tutoring, I love spending time on my hobbies—whether that’s photography, dancing, baking, crocheting, or exploring new business ideas. If you’re ready to make learning enjoyable and achieve your goals, I’d love to help you get there!
